Memory Can't Be Accessed

So twice in the last week I went to use my phone and an App (Beyond Pod for example) tells me it can;t access the Memory Card. Looking closer, I notice nothing can access my memory. like I can't take pictures or a screenshot, etc..
Have 6+GB space. and Rebooting fixes...

Anyone seen this? on my 4th Android Device and never saw this in Ice Cream or Kit Kat etc...and the Moto X 2013 isn't on Lolli yet?

curious if this is a sign of sad things to come.
