Message app does not work properly. Galaxy J7.

Message app has not worked for some time.
Attempted all fixes I've seen online.
Finally did a factory reset. Have not installed anything new. Have not restored backup.
Message app operates for about 5 minutes. Not receiving text. And can not send text.
Works if I reboot but only for a few minutes.
Any ideas will be appreciated.
