Message app Problems

When I try and set a ring tone for messages it works all OK. Apart from one person, this one person just stays on the default message tone. When I go to settings> apps>apps>messages>notification management this one person is listed for some reason. How do I delete thus person from thus bit as it seems to be conflicting.

Welcome to Android Central! Which messaging app are you using -- the stock one from Huawei, or Google's own Messages app, or something else? If you bring up that one contact's message thread and tap Menu>Options, is there an option there to change the notification tone for that specific thread?
