Messages announced twice on Jabra Freeway.

I have a Jabra Freeway car hands free device and it's paired to my Samsung Note 5. I downloaded the Jabra Assist app on my phone because I thought I needed it to go with the device. It works great for getting notifications and sending texts. My only issue is that incoming messages come in twice, one louder than the other. Is there a phone setting that will stop the voice notification on the phone but still let the Jabra receive them?

I'm wondering if it's a competition between Samsung Voice and the Jabra Assist both being on...

Could be, I was trying out a new headset about that time.
