Messaging delay?

Is anyone else getting messaging delays? I wouldn't really consider it "lag" per say, I consider lag to be stutter or choppiness.

Anyway, when ever I choose a thread in the messaging app it hangs for a second or two before going in the thread. What's up with that?

do you have a lot of pics in there? or messages? it probably has to load and cache them all as its opening.

I don't. It happens even when starting a new message. Shall I make a video?

Yeah I've had the exact same issue. I tried clearing out some of my old messages but now the phone will actually freeze for a good 20 seconds when I am backing out of a thread right after sending a message. Anyone find a fix?
