Messaging Issue...

I have AT&T as my wireless carrier. Was wondering if anyone has experienced or has a solution for my issue. When using Samsung messages, I don't receive texts from one contact. But if I use the Google messaging app, I can receive their texts. I've made sure number isn't blocked. Cleared cache and data. Cleared partition. The only thing I haven't done is a complete factory reset... Any ideas?

How about delete that contact then re-add?

Just tried that. Still no go. I'm gonna contact ATT, see if they know what the issue could be. Thanks for your help. Much appreciated!
