METRO PCS WI-FI Calling

I did the update and I activated WiFi Calling but I have mixed results sometimes it's working sometimes it's not.
Does anyone if Wi-Fi Calling is supposed to work on MetroPCS?
Like I said I made a couple of calls but randomly WiFi Calling is getting disconnected and I get error messages. Just curious!

I have T-Mobile, and the new WI-FI Calling feature seems to be working fine on my ZTE Axon 7. I believe Metro PCS uses T-Mobile's network.

My T-Mobile Wi-Fi calling seems to have the same issue as OP.. sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't.

Usually requires me to toggle Wi-Fi on and off for it to work but only to have it shut off when the phone is idle.

My experience with having Wifi calling as primary is not good. My wifi signal at work is average so the call cuts on/off. I also get the error message at work and at home regularly.

So, I just chose cellular as primary and Wifi calling secondary in case cellular signal is weak.
