Mic dead again

Okay, so the software repair that LG did on the Urbane 2 has worn off and I am back to being mic less.

This is it for me with LG. I'm done. Not sure what I will replace my V10 and Urbane with, but I have had it with the glitches and the idiots who pretend to be the repair department.

The repair facility is a joke in my opinion. They refused to repair my watch because of water damage after I washed my hands with the watch on.
