Micro-HDMI Cables now on Monoprice

Hi Guys,

Just wanted to give a heads up that Monoprice is now beginning to stock micro-hdmi (Type-D) cables.

I know I have been waiting for them to stock them. I ordered two 3ft cables and with shipping it came out to be around $13. This is one of the cheapest and best place to buy cables.

They currently only have 3ft cables for sale, but should start stocking longer cables as early as tomorrow.

Am I reading this wrong, or did I just show up at the right time? I just found this at Monoprice...

until someone develops a screen to screen app like they did for the Droid X (allowing all content shown on phone screen to be visible to television screen), i'm holding off on any HDMI cable. i don't really see the need to view photos on a larger screen than the already massive Evo.
for those that need to--this is a freaking sweet deal.

but until that app comes out, and i can watch all my SD card movies on a tv, i must pass this up.

Any Problems?

Just tried my 15' cable on my Sony XBR and it wouldn't play any pics from the phone. So I tried playing a youtube video and still nothing...until I bumped the connection going into the phone, then it started playing. So if I lightly lift up on the connection at the phone it will play video but still no pics. Do you think it is a faulty cable or my hdmi jack on the phone? Didn't really want to spend $20+ on an OEM HTC cable to find out, but I guess i might have to. TIA for any suggestions.

I just picked up a cable at Fry's. I can get videos to show but not pics. Quality of picture is pretty poor, though.
