Micro max mobile also new sim get it but not working what happen i don't know

That could be anything - bring it to your carrier. If it's a bad SIM, they have to replace it. If your account is set up incorrectly, they have to fix that. As long as the phone isn't asking for an unlock code for the SIM, it's probably not a problem with the phone. (If it's asking for an unlock code, you'll have to get that from the carrier the phone came from.)
