Android Central Question

I can read all my data from my SD card like normal, but I can't change any content in it (delete files/add files) not even with root file explorer or with a computer.

I've used:
Chkdsk
Diskpart
Computer manager
EaseUS partition
Formatting the SD card with phone and computer

Nothing can change the SD card. Using sddscanner it says that every block is bad.

This all happened after I rooted my device (lg g6) and my device got wiped (except the SD card). I did encrypt my SD card before I rooted the phone. However I have screenshots of twrp (after root) in my SD card so it's hard to tell when the card stopped working.

Is there anything I can do to make the sd card work again? I don't care about any data loss.

(it's a 32gb micro SD card filled with 5~ gb data)

Thanks

An encrypted SD card, to any other device, is a bad card. Try formatting the card in your PC (if you used chkdsk you have one). If that works, put the card back in the phone and it should work. If not, and it's a SanDisk card, go to SanDisk microSD Tech Support, upper right (chat live) and ask if they can replace the card. If it's anyone else's card, and it's still under warranty, and you love sitting on the phone, call them and see if you can get the card replaced. Otherwise, as Maniac Joe said, buy another card. (And don't encrypt it this time. If someone steals your phone, they can decrypt the card. If all they get is the card - how is that going to happen?)
