Is there a micro usb to micro usb cord? And can I use it to transfer files from my droid charge my zoom?

No you need a USB OTG adapter, which you can get for a couple bucks on ebay, which will have micro USB male on one side and USB female on the other, allowing you to use you regular USB cable to connect the two.

I have a motorola cable that does this. It connects my camera just fine but unfortunately I cannot sync my DX to the xoom to open or swap files

Can you give me any details? I would like to be able to download pics direct from my Nikon D5000 to my Xoom. I've been looking for a micro-to-micro cable too.

Syncing a phone or file swapping to your Xoom is not possible...Check out the XDA forums, there are a few threads about this and the reasons why.
