Microphone Issue when headphones are plugged in.

Alright, so I work in the city and hearing anybody on my phone is a nightmare when I'm walking around if I don't have my earbuds in (plus its super convenient since I'm probably listening to music when they call)

The problem I'm having is that when i have my headphones plugged in people can't / barely hear me. I also noticed that while on a call, I can hear sounds from one of the phones mics through my headphones. I was wondering if anybody had run into this, and found a solutions.

For reference, I'm using Sennheiser CX 300B MK II earbuds but have the same issue with other headphones as well.

I have the same issue. I have just regular earbuds, no microphone, and when I get a call I have to unplug the earbuds to talk because no one can hear me or they can "barely" hear me. It's really frustrating. I'm sad/glad to see others have the same issue. At least I have a feeling that it's not my phone. On my GS3 it works just fine running the 4.2.2 so I don't know what the issue is.
