All that's enabled in developer settings is "explore by touch".

No luck unfortunately. I can't fathom it at all!

I am Facing similar problems in samsung Note 20 Ultra
Mic is working for calls, video recording

But not working in any app.. Even not in voice recorder.
Records blank
