Microsoft remote desktop full screen issue

[Android Central Question]

I have had Dex since it came out and used the hack with Dex Max to have Microsoft Remote Desktop work in full screen. I recently bought Note 9 from s8 and it worked fine for a week or so - then today the MRD is in full screen but my desktop only fills a 3rd or so of screen and I can't trouble shoot it. Anyone had similar issues?
