Microsoft Silverlight for Android Phone

There is a website of tge live camera view I want to watch on my Verizon LG G4, but it says I need Microsoft Silverlight...
Is it STILL not available for Android phone?
Isn't there any way to work around it?
Please help!

I don't think that is available for Android. I couldn't find it on Play, and it seems there is little development for it on mobile.

Probably the only workaround is to have the website up on your computer, and use a remote desktop app on your phone like Splashtop.
