I have a Samsung Galaxy S10 running android V12. A while ago lext to a ToDo app notification there was a link to modify the notification settings. I am sure it was called something along the lines of "App Notifications Not Working Properly". I followed it and made a selection which resulted in me not being able to swipe to dismiss the app. I now have to either open the notification or select snooze, complete or dismiss and I cant find where that setting is made.
DOesn anyone know where I can find that setting?
