Migrate apps and data from Nexus 4 to Nexus 5

What's the best way to get my apps and data from my Nexus 4 to my Nexus 5, that should be here tomorrow. My phones are not rooted.

Will My Backup Pro do it? I have that. Can I just install it on both, use it to backup the Nexus 4, copy the backup files to the Nexus 5, and restore?

Is there a better way?

I used ES File Explorer to move sdcard files from my 4 to my 5. Painless.

My Nexus 4 has a destroyed screen and I will be getting my new nexus 5 tomorrow. I want to know if there is a good way to migrate the data?

Can I use window PC to connect to the old phone take back up and then restore it in my new nexus5?
