Been at it for a week. Verizon store tried it. Verizon Cloud doesn't work. Smart Switch doesn't work. Bluetooth transfer doesn't work.
I attempted to install google sync onto the blackberry, but that didn't work.
When I try to pull from Verizon Cloud I get duplicate contacts with the wrong contact info.
I bought a license for wondershare that brought over my text messages properly from blackberry backup.
There's a few issues with contacts
1. I stored some people into the blackberry under their social media account instead of creating a separate entry. I stored info under facebook or linkedin.
2. blackberry won't allow me to share the social media account contacts
3. Am I really going to have to sort thru 8500 contacts and input them manually into my address book that's done in outlook which I have sync'd across several PC's and Mac's but won't populate in the phone properly?
