The universal google search shortcut is not present for me, I can't think of any reason why verizon would disable this feature.

Yeah I found it on the search. Do a normal search, and then scroll to the right where it has News, Maps, Images, etc. Its all the way on the end. What pain to get to though. Is there a way to install a link?

Seems some Nexus devices have the same issue, but I still can't find out how to get the shortcut. Makes no sense. Essentially its going to force you to do a google search (eating up data of course), and then you can scroll over to the right to get the app results.

All the reviews I watched have the shortcut on the home screen. I can't figure out how to get it
