Minus sign in my notification bar

I need help. I have a weird minus sign in my notification bar. It will not disappear even after a reset. How do i get rid of it as its disabling all of my other notifications??

What device is it? In some devices like my Acer A100, you can turn off all notifications at once, and a minus sign will appear in the notification bar to signify that all notifications are off.

The icon indicates that you have notifications turned off, thus is disabling notifications.
Turn notifications on, to get rid of this.

Do you have blocking mode enabled? It should specify that in your notification panel, and you can either disable it or change the times when blocking mode is enabled, i.e., overnight.

I had the same thing it is your notifications are turned off turn them back on and it will go away
