Miracast, Android 4.4.2 DLNA streaming from online. help anyone?

I have a tablet running kitkat 4.4.2 I have an anycast dinglethat supports miracast and dlna.

My problem is, how do I connect to the dongle and my home wifi to allow streaming? I read that there is something I need to download to allow this dual connection thing to happen.
