Missed call notification error

Has anyone seen an error where a missed call notification in the status bar is incorrect? The name and call back # is always correct but sometimes, not always, it will show the wrong contact photo. Not a big deal but wondering if anyone has seen this?

That's one of the bugs that the 4.4.3 update is going to address I read somewhere.
