Missed calls

Good day

I have a Samsung S20+.
Recently the screen was replaced at a Samsung dealer. Since then I have noticed that Im not receiving all incoming calls as usuall. I only get network sms's informing me of the missed call. Even when trying to make calls at times I get a notification saying number not registered in network. I have contacted my service provider regarding this but no solution yet.
Has anyone else experienced this after a phone repair or screen replacement? Could these missed calls be as a result of the repair? I would just like to eleminate that possibility before hammering the service provider about this.

Welcome to Android Central! That makes me wonder if the replacement (or the initial damage that affected the screen) might have affected the SIM reader -- maybe there's a loose connection there. I'd contact the place that replaced the screen and ask if they can look it over.
