Just had prk surgery yesterday which is a more invasive form of lasik and not being able to use my phone is killing. The saying you never really appreciate until its gone is truly gaining meaning with me.

Can't wait to "see" all of you again. Haha

Best wishes for a speedy recovery. I just had Lasik two weeks ago, and it was the best decision I ever made.

How much was it? I don't think my vision is bad enough to warrant it, but boy do I hate the whole glasses/lenses thing.

Voice to text is working great by the way.... haha. I received a fellowship program and only paid $2000. Ended up being a $2800 discount and used my hsa to pay fort it.

It ran me $1250 an eye, but that includes lifetime maintenance and all the follow up visits. Big investment, but well worth it. My vision was 20 over 400 uncorrected, the day following the procedure I was seeing 20 over 15 uncorrected.

It's a trip to read that part of your response. It's as if you'll be going in to get tires rotated, oil change, and while you're there, getting your eyes alignment checked. Technology is awesome

My vision is fluctuating right now However when it is good it is great. I was better than 2020 immediately following surgery. 20% healed at this point should be a few days before I'm good to go.

Glad to hear you're recuperating well. Post-surgery stuff is never a lot of fun, but you sure appreciate it when it's over.
