missing Citi app icons in DND allowed application

I have had this issue since I got the S24 Ultra. In the DND setting, you can allow certain apps to come through.

However, I have the Citibank app installed, yet when I click the '+' to add an app, the Citi app is missing.

Is anyone using DND and able to add the Citi app??

I would report it through the Samsung members app and since your in beta report there also hopefully they will be aware and fix it , well actually your Samsung members app now in beta

I would mention it in the beta community even though u had this issue before beta see what others say there also.

That's cause banks app supposedly is not allowed any bank app , I tested my Chase Bank app and my First Interstate Bank app don't show either.

So just thought i mention that I'm on OneUI 7.0 Beta 3 and all of my bank not show, so assuming Samsung will fix this on OneUI 7.0.

wow, that is interesting that your Citi shows up. i even cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled Citi app, still it does not show up on my DND . now i am very confused because i have this issue with UI 6, now with UI 7 beta 3 i still do not see the Citi app.

my chase, wells and capone app all show up, except citi. that is why i thought there was something odd with the Citi app
