Missing features on S21 after switch from T mob to VZW

Sorry for bringing this back from the dead, but I've had an interesting update @mustang7757. I was never able to flash either of our s21's, likely user error, but was surprised that my wife's s21, that was also still missing the same features in the switch, got an OTA update to Android 12 and UI 4.0. Completing that update the phone said "you've joined the verizon network" and all of the features returned like a new phone! My phone, however, had not gotten the same update and when I check for a software update it says it's still current as Android 11 and living with it's past t mobile identity. Her update hit on Nov 25. Any idea if there is a way I can force the OTA update, or if it will eventually show up? I kind of assumed they would push the update at the same time for the s21 on vzw. Our phones are both s21's, just different colors. Any thoughts to clear up the mystery?

Thats great one phone at least got updates and the features , just wait it out little longer on yours and see what happens with the update, there not really a way to speed that up to your phone, tricks to do that sometimes work is take sim out then manually check for update, moving the time forward in settings under time like few days ahead but not guaranteed to work .
