Missing Notifications: how do I restore them?

This morning, I discovered email, messages, and voicemail...perhaps more are missing for some odd reason. How do I restore them without the need to unistall/reinstall Gear Manager? Thanks!

Yes, stock for all 3 missing apps. How do I clear cache for each?

Edit: I just cleared cache for messages and email, but problem still exist.

Thanks for trying though. I spent an hour to unistall/reinstall GM, then factory reset on the watch. All is good now, cross fingers.
