Missing Secure Gallery Pictures

I had to send my galaxy s8+ to samsung because of dead pixels. I backed up everything on my phone. It seems even though I did a seperate back up of my secure folder, nothing was saved in those. Is it possible to get those files back?

Most likely not, since they most likely factory reset the phone (if they didn't flash a new ROM - which would make it more impossible).

Always check backups before depending on them.
