Missing Timezone, French Polynesia UCT-9:30

My Galaxy S7 does not offer a timezone for French Polynesia which should be UCT-9:30. Obviously I can use -9 or -10 and change the time by a half hour but this messes up all other times. Is there a real solution?

Put it on auto time and date and the device will get it from the network provider...

Yes, stay in French Polynesia forever and never leave those lovely islands. I will gladly sell my soul to the devil if I'm allowed to live forever over there.
