Nope it's two steps for me. IDK how to use photoshop AND I don't know how to build a theme.

hahaha... I cheat I take a Rom Take a theme I like Smash them together and make a flashable Rom... Well of sorta...

It doesnt work well for the most part so I take Kernels and use those as a Theme Implant

Dang I've never really messed with too many kernels. I just wiped and reflashed the kernel. I hope it boots...

EDIT: Nope I'm restoring now.

Just an FYI you can flash a kernel over a Rom without a wipe. Just clear the cache and davlik

Yeah I flashed the kernel without wiping the cache, it boot looped, so I tried wiping the cache and then reflashing the kernel and it still boot looped. So I'm restoring and will do it all over again. Maybe use Aman this time to make sure dalvik gets wiped.

That's just weird I was able to flash the kernel right over netarchy no wipe...

It's not meant to be. Boot loops even after a fresh restore to a stock ROM (no extra apps or anything), then wiping the cache and dalvik with Amon.

Oh well I'll stick with what it came with.

Cache wipe isn't even needed, I never do.

I may have missed it, but have you tried to flash the rom then the kernel immediately after, but before you boot it up the first time?

18. 5 hours and I still have 43% battery...... that's with the phone sitting on 1x service in a basement area for about 4 hours.

No that's the one thing I didn't try. And I JUST got it set up the way I want.

I got to 20. 5 hrs with like 15% left and decided It's time to try the suggested kings #9 bfs kernel. I'm gonna follow your lead and leave setcpu uninstalled.... so far the phone is flying! I'm loving this Rom!

Seems like it was forever ago we were trying to get your eng boot squared away huh?

Yup. Just had to wipe cache and dalvik cache

Back then we had to ruu everything to get what you want... Such bs
