I was at the Gym from 5:30 - 8:00... My buddy never showed up and i just kept working out...

I thought I would pay for it today but im good... :cool:

i have to lay out for 6-8 weeks according to my doctor...i had to go see him yesterday because tuesday night while picking up weight to do shrugs i felt 2 pops in my lower back causing a sharp pain to shoot up my spine and now i have no reflex/feeling in my right leg and my back hurts SOOOO bad...now THAT sucks...guess that's what happens when you try too much weight...i'm doing good though...no other guy in the gym my sign can touch the amount of weight i put up :) well, now they can because i can't lift any haha :(

Yea I did back and Shoulders yesterday... I had the 70lbs Dums to do some shrugs

Mind you I have a pulled muscle in my left shoulder...

Shrugs Hurt really bad but its gotta get done...

i did barbell shrugs with 315lbs no problem right before the pop happened...picking the 120lb dumbbells up is what did me in...it probably didn't help i was squatting 405 the day before haha bulking/strength training = my favorite season...just sucks because if a fight comes up i have to stop and cut weight again...i can't even gain muscle because of this lol
 
:( I'm still not allowed to go to the gym. Haven't been since June. I'm going through withdrawal lol. I don't even know when I'll be able to go back... this BLOWS.
 
Myn was working great on my phone...i tried to advanced restore all my stuff from my previous ROM on top of it and now it won't get passed the 4G screen lol boooo

All Im doing is Bulking right now... My buddy thats a trainer told me the rest will be easy just get to the size i want then work on definition...


I have plenty of time so its no biggie...


Odd thing is the bigger I get the Slimmer I become in the midsection...

yeah even tho my doctor told me to stay out of the gym i told him no...he just told me to stay away from things that could put stress on my back...so i'm going tonight and doing arms...thursday is normally arm day anyways lol

Thursday is usually Chest or Arms... Arm days Im usually really tired... IDK why
