New Add on to improve Battery life...

Another Update... This one is pretty awesome...

RLS2 hasn't dropped yet. I still have a few more things to implement before it will be ready.

I'm in the process of finishing up on a new addon for all EVO ROMs that will significantly increase battery life. I've handpicked specific users from this thread that had notoriously bad battery life on their EVO's and gave them this addon. The result's so far are pretty outstanding. Once I am done I'll be releasing this so any user on any ROM can reap the benefits. And of course this addon will be part of RLS 2

Im never Roaming on Myn... Personally Reception is 1000000000000000000x better on Myn...

*I finally compared to other sense Roms and its true*

I connect on 4G and 3G with a wayyyyyyy stronger signal IDK why I dont care it works!

Someone gave me an explanation before, I just forgot it. It's apparently just an icon, but it annoys me and looks like the roaming indicator. I know I can remove it and replace it, I just don't know how.

Does your scene reset when you reboot?

I have tried a couple of ROMs and even replaced my sd card because I thought that might be the problem. I used Simple Root. Each time I reboot my phone, I get a clean slate, all of my widgets and apps are gone. The data seems to stay intact so I don't have to add email accounts or sign in or anything and my tasker profiles are still there.

It happened with Baked Snack 1.7 and Myn 2.2 so far.

Is this happening to anyone else or am I just screwing something up?

Are you loosing root when you boot up? I had a similar occurence with my phone coming from 1.7 to myn, after I flashed the ROM I tried wiping with clockwork and it wouldnt let me,so I flashed myn anyways over my baked snack. All of my settings and wallpaper and widgets stayed the same and it works flawless and I have great battery life. After a few days I redid it and wiped everything like were supposed to do and I ended up with not such good battery life. So now im back with the first myn that I flashed over my baked snack since I had backed it up and im happier than 2 rats &$#@ing in a wool sock in the middle of 29 palms. My battery life is awesome,i cant really compare with others since I have a seidio 3500 battery but im very happy with this myn ROM.

Sadness... I love myn, but I'm having major browser issues... Half the time the page won't load at all. I tried visiting Android Central and it actually locked my phone.

Back to CM6 until myn's next update.

Hmmmm, I may try flashing the ROM again from scratch when I get off with tonight then. Maybe there was just some odd setup issue. Maybe I got a slightly corrupted download. Thanks for your input.

Okay, think I figured out where I went wrong. I reinstalled from scratch and everything works fine now. I have a sneaking suspicion that I forgot to wipe before install last time. Makes sense to me now.
