MK Bradshaw doesn't acknowledge my voice

[Android Central Question]

I received a MK Bradshaw smart watch for Christmas, it's beautiful. But, it doesn't seem to recognize my voice. It came with message +, which I use on my cellphone. It seems there is no keyboard option, so I have to speak to reply to messages. Any suggestions?
