Has anyone had this recently? I woke up this morning and got on my phone. Within 45 minutes of my phone being on, I am down to almost 80% of my battery. Phone is really hot. Not sure what has caused this. Any help would be appreciated.

Before you charge it again, settings / battery. What are the items listed as battery users? (You can also grab a screenshot by holding power and vol dn at the same time.) Then tap the graph on that screen to bring up a new screen; grab and post a screenshot of that, too,

I forgot to take a screen shot of the other screen. This is what it looked like.

I'm wondering if it had something to do with the update to the photos app the other day. Not sure.

Reboot your phone and clear the cache . See if that fixes it . Also what was the last app you loaded or that was updated recently .

The most recent app that I downloaded(updated) was the Google photos app. That was a few days ago and today was the first time that I noticed the battery drain.

I too updated it when it became available last week sometime and the last few days my battery life hasnt been as great as usual. But I dont have mm-camera-daemon on the list

This was the first day that I had noticed the mm on the battery list. I deleted the photos app and restarted my phone. Since then, it is not listed on the battery and battery life has been much better. This is what it has been since reboot.
