MMS Lag When I Send Messages in Groups

hello, i've spent the past 6 months dealing with an issue with brief stints of trying to find an answer with no luck.

I have a verizon lg g3 using either google messenger or textra and my issue is that during a group text my message that I send isn't received by my group until about 30 second after it shows that its sent on my phone.

I've had this issue when i was unrooted and now while i'm rooted with cyanogenmod and jasmine rom.

I've seen people who have issues receiving their messages and i don't have that problem at all. At this point I think it might just be my phone that has the problem but I figured I'd ask the community for help before I give up.

That isn't uncommon. If you're sending to a big group it has to send the message (even if just text) through your data -- then it depends on that persons data connection to how fast they pull it down.

That's what I learned during my searching but this happens even when i'm only sending in a group of myself and two other people. No one else in my group has this problem.

Been an issue since LP came out for this phone. Not much you can do about it until LG/VZW releases a fix for it. Either LG seems to have forgotten about us or VZW just takes forever. I've given up on LG and carrier devices. Going to Motorola X Pure Edition of Google Nexus only if the 6P works on VZW. But I'm not holding my breathe for that to work on VZW. So pretty much Motorola X for me. Updates from Google, no need to wait for VZW and their slow process.

Either that or I have thought about Apple bug hard for me to go to apple. The only reason again is no VZW software approval wait time.
