It enables but dont see the icon.
Ah ok reason for that is if you have a strong signal it won't show. the wifi calling icon, basically that will show the wifi calling icon if signal is weak, Also did you try going to AT&T and get the simcard changed, could also be that if you just swiped simcard from and older phone to the Note10 Plus.
Ok that makes sense lol. We switched from sprint so they are new sims. Crazy how MMS works sending to any other device over wifi except my wife's note. Lol I'm stumped. We did use smart switch from her old sprint s8 to her att note 10. Maybe it brought remnants from her sprint phone that's screwing something up?
That's true , maybe have att provision a new sim to the deviceVery possible, i have seen stuff like this happen and by adding a new simcard would fix things, also that's another possibility that the backup data from Smart Switch corrupted something.

Before doing any other resets, on both devices, open the message app, open its settings, go to more settings, text, and check the limit on the screenshot I've attached.
Good luck![]()
Under more and text messages, all I have is input mode, manage sim card messages and message center. I dont see that setting option in any of my menus.
Data is on but not wifi calling. Does this need to stay on? I didnt want to accrue any charges. Also keep in mind I CAN send MMS to any other android or iphone over wifi, just not my wifes note.

Click on Text Message at the last menu (it's categorized that way).
There you will find my screenshot.
Here's the steps to check. It was, as above stated, submenued to Chat.? Sorry I dont understand.
