I set up my apn per suggestions from here, I can receive MMS but not send.. any suggestions?

I had a similar problem earlier. Make sure your data is on and try again. I had Juice Defender lite and was connected to WiFi, so the app automatically turned my data off so I couldn't send out. I turned off WiFi and it sent right away. I did not change any APN settings.
