Mobil-Data keeps opening even it turned off !

Hi guys . I faced a problem with my LG G3 Verizon after I updated it into Lolipop update v5.0.1 & 5.1.1 , but the problem is when I turns off mobile-data it opens automatically without a signal of mobile-data on screen . I open Chrome browser , Whatsapp & anything and mobile-data is turned off and no signal of mobile-data above. It spends my money , I don not know what to do . This problem just appeared with lolipop verisons 5.1.1 and 5.0.1 , but in 4.4.4 everything is OK and I can not come back to 4.4.4 ... please help me to fix this problem.

Welcome to Android Central! How do you know mobile data is turning back on? Is your Data Usage menu showing that data is being used over mobile data, even when you've had it off?

Yes my data goes itself . For example , I have 200m and mobile-data off the internet opens !!

How are you turning off mobile data? With a Quick Setting toggle, or from the main Settings menu?

Also, is wi-fi off as well?

Check in your system settings to see if there is some sort of network optimization option, and turn it off. Also look for any Verizon apps that may have been preinstalled--they might have some kind of control over mobile data.
