mobile data disabled

I said yes when phone said to save power.... But now I get this msg when trying to send a picture in a text. How do I fix this?

Welcome to Android Central.

When you look in Settings, Wireless Networks, Mobile Data, is it switched on?
Also, make sure you don't have some battery-saving mode switched on, in Settings, Battery.
A Power Off and Restart may also be necessary to trigger the device to connect to the network signal.
