Mobile data not working

I m using a new honor 6x from Huawei. My data connection shows 4G, but data speed is in bytes, not able to browse. Checked APN settings with Service provider, but still not working. It was working fine till yesterday. When I used this SIM in other mobile, data works.Ne suggestions.

Which carrier are you using? Are you sure the phone supports the carrier's 4G bands?

Welcome to the forums. Do you have the same problem on both SIM card slots? Just in case, check your SIM card management settings.

In your mobile data settings there is a toggle for "enable 4G." Check if this is turned off. I know the 6x does have the ability to work on 4G bands, at least att network.
