Mobile data suddenly stopped working

Hello guys! My mom's phone has a Free SIM card. When I enable mobile data, it didn't work. I just live in Europe, French. I tried restarting my mom's phone many times and the error persists. Please help me

Which carrier is the SIM card from? What's the exact model number of your mother's phone? Have you already tried contacting the carrier's support line?
