Mobile data turns on after restart, I want it off.

My Lenovo K3 note updated to Android Marshmallow yesterday.
After every restart my mobile data connection goes active.
I don't have mobile data plan active on SIM's.
Please suggest, how to DISABLE this automatically data connection.

Go in to Settings then Data usage, at the top should be a disable slide bar there. Turn it to the off position.

Data connection is disabled already.
Again its enabled automatically after restart mobile and it happening every time.

It happens even for me! I read a few articles as well. Many users who upgraded to Marshmallow are facing the same problem! :-\

Try clearing the device cache. If that doesn't help perform a factory reset.

it shouldn't be enabling itself automatically. is there a Sim inserted? if you have no plan and no Sim is inserted then you shouldn't be charged and you won't be able to use data. what you are probably seeing is the emergency only dialogue just in case you need to use the phone.
