Can someone give the run down on this, or point me in the direction to an article? I don't understand why it needs to be ran when it's just setting charging over night. Plus, why is there something like this on Android devices and not on Apple?

My advice is to stay away from anything like this that install themselves, if it fools you after searching for a way to move data from one device to another and after installing it on the PC it automatically install itself on the devices, secretly and without advise, then it is categorized as Spyware and by definition dangerous.

Interesting indeed, AT&T & Verizon like to remove some features or apps but then they pre-installed ones that are known to be categorized as "spyware".

Well, It is a piece of junk app that probably was spyware. I uninstalled it and am using Clean Master which so far seems to work really well.
