I have had mobile hotspot issues since day one. I turn on the hotspot feature and the 4g network cycles between ready and unavailable about every 30 seconds. It has made the hotspot unusable. I have called tech support, searched the forums without finding a satisfactory resolution for a service that I am paying for... Today I finally went into advanced settings and changed my router from auto channel to and individual one and for the last 30 minutes I have had a strong consistent data connections via the hotspot. I had reached the point that I stopped at the Verizon store and nearly upgraded phones yesterday. Today, I am glad that I didn't pull the trigger. Anyone else had success with turning off the auto channel on the hotspot?
