Mobile Hotspot Issues

Okay, I just bought my unlocked Samsung Galaxy S8 about 3 weeks ago. I am currently under Verizon. I've been using my mobile hotspot with no issues until today where my Lenovo Tablet won't connect to my mobile hotspot unless I change the security to OPEN. My son tried to connect to my mobile hotspot with his laptop and my other son tried connecting the PS4, but both of them said my mobile hotspot wasn't showing up on their network list. Then my boyfriend tried it on his tablet and he had no issues connecting at all. I'm totally confused on what's going on. I've already did a live chat with Verizon and the lady was confused as well. So is there anybody having this same exact issue that they were able to resolve? If so please help me! Thanks in advance!
