Mobile Tracker - Malware or not

Is anyone familiar with the following app:
Mobile tracker 1.0.67631.138416 (com.sec.android.app.mt)

This week I installed Advanced Task Manager to see who was hogging memory. It has an embedded malware scanner, so I ran it to see what it would find. It reported two suspect apps, Mobile Tracker and Retail Demo. The latter is obvious, and can be removed. The former, however, looks to have permissions to EVERYTHING, including apps that a mobile locate wouldn't seem to need (such as Calendar). McAfee virus scan (VZProtect) reports nothing.
