mobile web site question

I am having a hard time getting web sites to direct me to their mobile version. Ex. I am trying to access Citi.com but the site does not redirect me to the mobile version. On my storm I was able to change how web sites viewed my browser is this a option with Android?

I know you can go into your Browser Settings and turn "Mobile View" on or off.

I believe it is turn ON by default.


Question for anyone who knows: Do I want to leave mobile view on or turn it off?

I have it checked .....this doesn't happen with every site . Chase.com no problem

Does this just make it so it takes you to the mobile pages of the websites you enter?

Do most people have this on or off?
