Does the Market version of MC2 Black Pegasus work for the Nexus S? I've read from a few people that it doesn't work and crash after they've purchased it. Has anyone here bought it from the Market yet, and does it work? I don't want to waste 7 bucks like that and not get the refund because it takes forever to download 300 some MB files...

I have it on my Nexus S and it works flawlessly. I did see the reviews of others that had problems but I downloaded it anyway. Its an awesome game.

Would you be able to tell me what version number you have (I'm sure you know how to find it, but just in case.....it's in manage apps and in the "downloaded" section)? I have 3.3.2, so I thought this was the latest version....

Thats weird. My version number is 1.1.5.

Hmm....that is weird. Are you sure you're not looking at just the Market version number? I thought those were different than the one that actually goes on your phone (probably wrong)? I might just buy it from the Market. The version I have runs OK, but sometimes the controls will stick and stuff. It's just so hard to cough up 7 bucks lol......

I actually went into manage apps like you asked. That was the only version number visible.

Very interesting.....I guess I'll give it a try. Does it work well on your phone, or do the controls get "stuck" sometimes (mostly in multiplayer, but also in campaign mode)?

I haven't tried it in multiplayer mode. So far I haven't had any issues with it. I will try it out some more and let you know.

I really appreciate it....thank you. Off the subject....how has your Nexus been treating you? I just got a replacement, and it feels like a different built or something...idk. For example, the earpiece is popped out a little more in this new one, and the screen feels nicer and smoother. Also, on the back, there is a number that reads "11.05", where my old one read "11.04"....

I just tried the multiplayer and no hiccups. This game is really awesome. Concerning my Nexus S 4G, it has been the best experience I have ever had with a smartphone and I think I have had most of the major ones in the last year. And that's even considering that I get a weak wifi and 4G/3G signal. All games play smooth and my phone is fast. The build quality is superb despite others' assessment that it is made of cheap plastic. Once the radios issue is fixed, this phone will be perfect.

I'm downloading the extra files now.....this one is completely different than the one I had. It actually shows a progress bar when downloading the files, where as the other ones didn't so this is a good sign. Also, my old version was like 12.19 MB large, where as this one is only like 1.1.....hmmmmm
