I can't charge my phone while it is locked because I keep getting the "moisture detected" warning, despite the fact that my phone hasn't been near any water all day. This issue has been happening for the past 2 hours, and only when I lock my phone.

That sounds like a software glitch, have you tried the simple fix of restarting the phone? I ask because some people leave their phones on for weeks and NEVER restart the thing.

Otherwise I would try clearing the phone cache and see if that solves it.

Did the issue start randomly? Was it after an update?

Could check to see if it happens in safe mode as well, if it charges fine in safe mode an app you installed is probably messing it up somehow.

I've restarted my phone twice now, cleared my cache, and tried charging my phone in private mode, but nothing seems to be working. It's a bug that randomly started happening when I removed my charger and plugged it into another outlet.
